Return Policy

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from Specialteesboutique.com.  However, if that isn't the case we will accept returns within 10 days of receiving your package. Please note: Return or exchange shipping is paid by the customer. Sale and/or clearance items are final sale.  Returned items must be in new condition, with their original tags still attached. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging). We will issue a full credit on merchandise returned within 3 days of receiving your return. We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping charges. Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded if merchandise is defective or we have sent the wrong item. 


PLEASE NOTE: Specialteesboutique.com reserves the right to deem merchandise unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged, or mishandled.  For your protection, you should send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please insure your return for the appropriate retail value and keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for items received damaged or for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

ALL MONOGRAMMED, PERSONALIZED, AND SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
