Specialteesboutique.com ships out for FREE within the continental United States via UPS. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). In stock orders are usually shipped within 5-10 business days. There are exceptions. Please see product description for details. A Specialtees Boutique representative will contact you if an item is sold out or on back order. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Billing: Your Credit card will not be charged until you order is processed and ready for shipment. Special or Customized orders will be charged upon order.
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from Specialteesboutique.com. However, if that isn't the case we will accept returns within 10 days of receiving your package. Please note: Return or exchange shipping is paid by the customer. Sale and/or clearance items are final sale. Returned items must be in new condition, with their original tags still attached. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging). We will issue a full credit on merchandise returned within 3 days of receiving your return. We will credit your original method of payment.
Specialteesboutique.com reserves the right to deem merchandise unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged, or mishandled. For your protection, we recommend send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please insure your return for the appropriate retail value and keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for items received damaged or for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

RETURNING ITEMS TO A SPECIALTEES STORE
You can return your order to the Lafayette Specialtees Store, located at 977 Moraga Road Lafayette, CA 94549. Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 11am to 6pm. Please make sure to bring the original invoice, and the items you want to return.
